Privacy policy
1. At a glance
This is a small company website. We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, advertising networks or social media plugins. You can read every page without us learning who you are. We only process personal data when you send us a request through the contact form, and then only to answer it.
2. Who is responsible
HORIZN Partners. Full company details and address are in our imprint.
Email: hello@horizn.agency
3. Hosting and server logs
The website runs on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen. The servers are located in Germany, and we have a data processing agreement with Hetzner.
When you open a page, the server briefly records technical data that every browser sends: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser type. We need this to deliver the website and to keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest, unless they are needed to investigate a specific attack.
All connections to this website are encrypted (TLS).
4. No cookies, no tracking
- No cookies are set, so there is no cookie banner.
- No analytics or statistics tools and no tracking of any kind.
- Fonts, images and the map are served from our own server. No third-party content is loaded.
- Links to other websites only take effect when you click them.
5. Contact form
If you use the contact form, we process the details you enter (name, company, business email, target market, area of interest and your message) to answer your request and, if it leads there, to prepare a working relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Your message is delivered to us by email through Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), which acts as our processor. Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. To protect the form against spam, your IP address is kept in the server's memory for ten minutes and is not stored anywhere else.
We delete your request once it has been dealt with, unless we start working together or the law requires us to keep it longer.
6. Who receives your data
We do not sell or share your data. The only recipients are the service providers named above, and only as far as they need it to run the website and deliver your message.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing and to receive it in a portable format. Just write to us. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in the UK to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
8. Changes
We update this policy if the website changes, for example if we ever add new tools. Last updated: October 2026.
